Set up Gemini

Give Gemini the ability to make phone calls in India through Superfone.

Requires a paid Gemini plan. Custom connected apps are not available on the free tier.

Open connected apps

In Gemini, go to Settings → Personal intelligence → Connected apps. Scroll to the end of the page and choose Add a custom app.
Enter the Superfone connection

Enter this name:

Tap to copy the name

Paste this into the MCP server URL field:

https://mcp.superfone.co.in/mcp

Connect your account

Sign in with your registered Superfone phone number to complete the connection. No API key to copy.
Make sure the app is switched ON

Check that the Superfone connected app is toggled ON. If it is off, Gemini will tell you it can't make a phone call.
Say "via Superfone" when you ask for a call

Always include via Superfone in your request so the right tool is used. For example: "Call my dentist via Superfone and ask if they have a slot on Friday."

Without it, your assistant may try to answer without placing a call.

Connected apps are available on paid Gemini plans.
