Superfone Web Dialler

Superfone Web Dialler is an embeddable calling widget that adds voice calling to any website. Drop a single <script> tag into your page and your team gets a fully functional phone — right in the browser.

What is Web Dialler?

Web Dialler is a lightweight widget that appears as a floating phone button on your webpage. Click it to open a full-featured dialler with:

  • Outbound calls — Dial any number from the keypad
  • Inbound calls — Coming soon
  • Mute — Toggle microphone during a call
  • DTMF — Send touch tones during a call (navigate IVR menus, enter voicemail PINs, etc.)
  • Audio device selection — Pick your microphone and speaker during a call
  • Call history — View recent calls with timestamps, duration, and answered/missed status
  • Multi-tab safe — Open your CRM in multiple tabs without conflicts; only one tab handles calling
  • Draggable — Move the floating button to any corner of the screen
  • Mobile responsive — Works on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers

No app install required. Everything runs in the browser.

How It Works

  1. You add a <script> tag with your Web Dialler Token to your webpage
  2. A floating phone button appears on the page
  3. Users click it to open the dialler
  4. Calls are connected using WebRTC — real-time, high-quality audio

The widget is fully self-contained. It won't interfere with your existing page styles or scripts.

Prerequisites

Before using Web Dialler:

  1. Web Dialler Token — Each user gets a unique token. Contact Superfone support at hello@superfone.in to get your Web Dialler Token
  2. Active Superfone subscription — Your organization needs an active Superfone plan with Web Dialler enabled
  3. HTTPS — Your website must be served over HTTPS (required for microphone access)
  4. Modern browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari (latest 2 versions)
Getting Your Web Dialler Token

Each Web Dialler Token is unique to an individual user. Tokens are provisioned by the Superfone team. Reach out to customer support at hello@superfone.in or contact your account manager to get started.
